What we do with what you give us

Short version: we use it to produce and present your audit, and for nothing else.

Who we are

Your Marketing Team is a trading name of Traction Tactics Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15309473, at The Old Farm Barns, Lowlands Farm, Riversdown Road, West Meon, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 1JS. We are the data controller for anything submitted through this site.

What we collect

What you type into the booking form: your business name, website address, email, an optional phone number, the date you chose, and any code you used. If you fill in the optional page afterwards, whatever you tell us there.

Why

To produce your audit, to contact you about the appointment you booked, and to know which partner or campaign a booking came from. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the company except the tools we use to send email and hold the appointment.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. Nothing is stored on your machine unless you say yes. Analytics storage is switched off before the tag loads, so until you accept the banner the visit is counted without a cookie being set — and if you decline, or never answer, it stays that way.

If you do accept, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and receives your IP address, which Google shortens, along with which pages you looked at. We use it to understand what is working on the site. We do not use it to advertise to you, and the settings that would let Google do so with this data are off.

You can change your mind at any time: . Your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or Google's own opt-out add-on will also stop it. The booking form works either way.

Nothing else on this site tracks you. There is no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party embed that follows you around.

How long

For as long as you are a customer, and for two years afterwards. If you book an audit and we never work together, we delete it after twelve months. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months, which is Google's shortest retention setting.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
